Enjoying my new Spectre, but its not perfect.
The Good:
Style. It looks great.
Geometry. Comfortable ride, great balance (hand-free!) and I like the gear ratio. I am able to handle west coast hills without getting off the bike but I am also able to ride at a decent speed on the flats.
Value. For what I paid, I have a pretty-pretty-pretty good bike. ;)
The Bad.
Some scuffs on the rim paint with very little use. I think a powder-coated rim would perform better.
My left pedal is flexing on the downstroke. I just replaced with a composite option that cost $35 that should address this. Asked Regal about this and have not gotten a response yet.

The delivery was fast and the bike is really good.
Have been riding for 2 weeks now, very happy with my purchase.
Have had a Regal for 8 years now......have travelled with it and ridden it on all kinds of vacations.....this bike's simplicity and solid build are a joy. It turns heads everywhere I go for it's clean lines and European sensibility.......got one for my wife as well.
Bike arrived very quickly, well packaged in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and didn't take long. It looks really good with good components and build. Very satisfied, can't wait till Spring!
